Account Support Executive
 
Yolk Recruitment is working with a leading Single-Source product provider to find a confident and driven Account Support Executive to join their team and directly support their Account Managers in their Cardiff Gate Office.

What you’ll be doing?
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Account Support Executive to join a dynamic product provider based at Cardiff Gate. You will directly support an account manager and be their day to day ‘eyes and ears’ alongside:

Completing stock analysis and control on a daily basis, ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained and adjusting to forecasts accordingly
Assisting with purchasing and sourcing of various items, by gaining various quotes and working with the best price and lead time at the time
Liaising with the client directly on day to day matters or when the Account manager is not available
Joining customer facing calls and meetings when required
Completing and analysing various reports on excel daily
Ensuring all databases and systems are kept up to date and accurate at all times 
What you’ll bring to the team?
 
As a confident and bright Account Support Executive, you will have a good understanding of Excel and passion for providing excellent customer service. Experience within stock control/management or retail would be handy but isn’t necessary as full training will be provided. You will also have:

The ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivation to complete tasks unprompted, and adaptable to changing situations
Excellent communication skills with people on all levels
Exemplary organisation and IT skills
A keen eye for detail and drive to learn and develop within the role and business
