Smart Solutions are working with a wholesaler based in Swansea who serve customers worldwide. They are growing the team and are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator. You will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external suppliers and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. As an Accounts Administrator, to be successful in this role, you will need

A finance or accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.
Experienced in Sage is essential with excellent IT skills
Experience of dealing with Imports/ Exports and foreign transactions
Able to prioritise work load
Organisational skills and able to problem solve and work under their own initiativeFor the successful Accounts Administrator, our client is offering:

An starting salary of £24K pa 
37.5 hours per week (A compressed working week hours would be considered)
