Randstad Accountancy and Finance are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a well established manufacturing company in Newport.

The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

Code and process manual invoices/credit

Lead responsible for collating, processing import invoices
Update and process cash book entries from bank statement
Maintain monthly trackers
Credit card and petty cash transactions.
Review & reconcile monthly supplier statements
Maintain Account details (i.e. bank account details, credit terms)
Build and maintain relationships with both suppliers and colleagues
Review and monitor creditor accounts


23 holidays plus bank holidays – increasing with service
12pm finish every other Friday
