Administration Assistant (Temp to perm)

Our client is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team for an on going period due to business needs .

Responsibilities:

Updating various Excel spreadsheets for various departments in the business

Preparing despatch paperwork / labels / Collection Notes
Covering reception duties when required.
Scanning, Recording and Filing Production Route Cards
Creating all the paperwork for machine returns.
Keeping system up to date
Internal Machine Movements
Warranty Dates
Rental Machines
Machine Invoicing
Help with twice yearly stock check – preparing check sheet, physically counting, and making any amendments to report back to accounts.
Skills needed :

General administration skills
Computer literate
Able to work within a friendly team
Ideally looking for a permanent role as the role is temp to perm.
Car driver as location can be difficult via public transport.
