Our client, a highly reputable and growing company in Cardiff are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

A strong ability to work efficiently and proactively is key for this role as you will also provide administrative support across several business functions, including the administration of quality documentation, document control, and filing of documentation.

You must be a strong communicator, have a positive approach to work, and be flexible to take on additional tasks to assist company.

Salary will be £22,000, working full time (although part time hours could be considered) based at our client's office in North Cardiff. Benefits include free parking on-site, company pension and company bonus.

Key Duties:

Supporting Operations department – ensuring all admin duties relating to Operations, Quality, and Projects are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.

Oversee document control.

Co-ordination of Quality information and specifications, providing administrate support to the Quality Department.

Regular liaison with other departments such as Finance, Commercial, and Business Support.

Support the operations manager and other colleagues with admin duties including to finance and logistics.
Skills & Experience:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Strong attention to detail, with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Excellent Numeracy and Communication skills.

Filing and organisational skills.

Flexibility and strong ability to prioritise your workload.
