Aftersales Advisor

Starting salary is up to £28-29,750 per annum pending however this is based on experience and brand accreditations.
Uncapped bonus potential providing additional earnings of £6,000 per annum. Service plan sales paid additional at £25 per unit!
Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm with a 1 hour with 1 in 3 Saturdays mornings 8:00am-12:00pm paid at time and a half.
Opportunity to work with 2 prestige franchises in a very stable dealership! Aftersales Advisor required for Automotive Car Dealer Group in the Bridgend area.

Our Client is seeking an Aftersales Advisor to work within their busy Aftersales department. The ideal Aftersales Advisor will have a flexible and can-do attitude and will offer fantastic customer service.

The hours of work for this Aftersales Advisor role are Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm with a 1 hour Lunch with 1 in 3 Saturdays mornings 8:00am-12:00pm paid at time and a half.

The salary for this Aftersales Advisor role is £35,000 OTE.

Duties of an Aftersales Advisor with our Client:

Meeting and greeting Service Customers and identifying their requirements
Taking Aftersales Department Bookings
Workshop Loading
Advising Customers on any additional work that is required and gaining authorisation for that work
UpsellingAftersales Advisor Person Specification

You will have a previous working experience as an Aftersales Advisor
Experience within Motor Trade DMS systems
Confident in Upselling
