Arboriculture Manager
Location: Chepstow
Position: Full time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £50,000 + benefits

Autograph Recruitment is delighted to be working with this well-establish client working within the environmental, ecology and contract sectors, servicing a range of high-profile clients.
Due to company growth, my client are looking for a Arboriculture Manager to manage the landscape team. Their success has been as a result of having the right expertise in place to offer customers the right, most effective solutions.
Aiming to meet sustainability agendas whilst working with clients to ensure legislation compliance and satisfaction upon project completion. Support the team through a range of projects that benefit the environment, and meet client expectations.
The successful candidate will have great technical skills, a desire to be hands-on, and would like to work in a client-facing position within the arboriculture sector.
Responsibilities of Arboriculture Manager
Speaking to new and existing clients
Planning projects and managing client expectations
Running projects from interjection through to completion, all the while supporting your team and communicating with clients, sticking to budget and time restrictions
Assisting with your team’s skill development, growing and progressing colleagues
Acting as a member of the Senior Management team, reporting directly to the Operations Director
Occasional call-outs in emergency, should local authorities require
The Ideal Candidate
Proven track record within a similar role within the arboriculture field, including hands-on experience in previous projects
Experience in a previous management role
Strong written and communication skills
Proficient across all IT and Microsoft platforms
Great customer service and telephone manners
Full driving licence
