Business Development Executive
Yolk Recruitment is working with a leading tech company to hire a Business Development Executive to join their existing team in the UK.
 
They are a very ambitious company with huge plans for progression in the future and you can be a part of their continued success. You will be working with fantastic team helping create better workplaces.
In this role you will be generating sales over the phone and email with clients across the UK providing fantastic customer service. You will be cross selling other services and be focusing on generating new leads from potential new clients.
 
This is a hybrid working role, where you will be expected to be in the office 1-2 days a week.
 
This is what you’ll be doing
 As a Business Development Executive, you will be working with a highly skilled and dedicated team to grow accounts by cross selling and finding new leads.

Prioritise prospect data in line with stakeholder requirements
Apply a tactical and methodical approach to effectively manage a sales pipeline
Undertake a high volume of phone calls, both inbound and outbound, to prospective contractors to discuss the value of joining the membership
Compose professional and compelling email communication to engage prospects
Overcome the concerns of any prospective customers before joining the membership
Ensure CRM is kept up to date with correct information relating to the contractor
Respond effectively to contractor queries regarding the membership, including basic Health & Safety requirements and membership features & benefits
Recommend new ideas and methods of working to ensure that a high conversion rate of contractors joining the membership is attained
Help identify new potential clients for any of the products
Achieve individual and team KPI’s

Phone based sales/ telesales
Objection Handling
Customer Service
Great communication skills
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team

Salary up to £23k
Extremely realistic commission of over £40k
Monday – Friday 9-5
