Our client is currently recruiting for a Civils Project Manager based in South Wales
Job Description:
* Manage Junior members of the site team, motivating them and leading by example
* Coordinate the site team, ensuring they action their tasks effectively and efficiently
* Manage the plant, machinery and materials
* Ensure any waste is managed appropriately
* Plan and attend site meetings, discussing any potential barriers or problems and how to resolve them
* Maintain the site diary
* Ensure production on site is retained at the highest quality
* Ensure Health & Safety is adhered too at all times and conduct site inspections
* Liaise with the Client, ensuring their needs are met
* Traffic Management
* Complete toolbox talks and site inductions
Requirements:
* 5 + years’ experience in a similar role
* Experience in the management of civil teams
* Confident in use of Microsoft Office
* Excellent Communication and Organisational skills
* Full Driving license
