Conveyancing Fee Earner

Previous Conveyancing experience required

· Working from home negotiable

· Salary £26,000 – £35,000 depending on experience and qualification

A position has arisen for a Conveyancing Fee Earner. The candidate will be required to deliver a high standard of work to clients at all times. Typical duties include:

· Running your own case load

· Freehold/Leasehold properties

· Preparing Contract packs

· Reporting on Title

· Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and other lawyers

· Exchanges and completions

· Post completion requisitions

· Complying with rules and regulations

· Other reasonable duties in connection with the role.

A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

· To be able to manage their own caseload – caseloads at 70-80 maximum per conveyancer

· Excellent customer service skills

· Good telephone manner/communication

· To be able to work as part of a team
