Salary: Up to £40,000 p/a

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Creative Designer to step up their career and be a part of an exciting journey with the business. Working closely with the head of Marcomms, this role is to manage all creative content, to increase product demands across sales and marketing platforms.

Working on various projects simultaneously, this individual will be producing creative media in video or animation form. Ensuring strong and consistent content, across all marketing to generate leads and initiatives.

Responsibilities of Creative Designer:

Create branded marketing material for all products, and channels (including website, brochures, social media, newsletter, and events)

Manage the creation of promotional videos by working with third parties to produce quality videos to represent the products

Take ownership and management of branding guidelines to ensure consistency and high standards of all brand designs

Maintain branding templates, style guides and asset libraries

Provide design support to launch and maintain the website and other media

Enrich and expand brand awareness with designs and media platforms

Demonstrate products through design to internal and external persons

Coordination of key Graphic Design principles; layout, colour, hierarchy, typography, imagery, etc.

Collaborate with external agencies in order to create the most customer centric designs

Support with continuous development of sales, to ensure all relevant marketing literature is up to date and available to relevant markets

Maintain project schedules, job lists and creative campaign production queue

The Ideal Candidate:

3+ years experience in a similar role

Ability to work on own initiative, consistently with a problem solving attitude

Experience in using CMS systems

Strong knowledge and experience within creation of marketing video and animations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities and working to deadlines

Results driven, proactive with knowledge of printing procedures, photography and illustration

Solid understanding of key Graphic Design principles; layout, colour, hierarchy, typography, imagery, etc.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Software including excellence in InDesign, photoshop, premiere pro and illustrator as well as across Microsoft platforms
