We have a great opportunity to join a growing business who are part of a global business to be the link between key accounts, dealers and business development managers.

You will be working with key stakeholders to help quote & input new orders, working with the Customer / Sales team to ensure the order has the correct specifications, is entered onto the system correctly and managed through to manufacture and delivered to the Customers satisfaction.

The type of queries you will deal with includes:

Retail Pricing

Product Options

Lead-times

Order status enquiries

Order amendments

After Sales

You will also be involved in:

Arrange the shipping of orders as required including obtaining shipping quotes

Attend regular cross functional Export meetings to ensure the timely and accurate build and shipping of Export orders

The person:

Ideally you will have gained customer service experience in a manufacturing or similar environment, have ability to provide solutions for your allocated clients and have a positive and team orientated approach

Previous experience of export/freight forwarding would be beneficial but not essential
