Our established client is looking to recruit a Part-time temporary Customer Care Advisor into its busy Customer Services department.

The role is based Rhymney Tredegar area.

Part time – 16 hours per week hours to be arranged see below 4 days a week. Hours will be 10-14.00 daily

Salary is Pro rata of £18896 (per annum for full time work.)

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

To act as a direct point of contact for customers.
To deal with each call with excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and patience.
To offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner.
To take ownership of issues raised and follow through on solutions in order to provide customer-oriented quality service excellence.
To deal with all returns in line with company procedure.
To investigate and raise credits where necessary.
Investigate and resolve complaints and may forward more complex scenarios to senior level staff.
To prioritise daily work load to aid with the efficiency of the department.
To undertake any other task that the manager may request.Person Spec:

Candidates must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, target orientated, flexible and be able to use their own initiative.
