Position: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £22,000 – £25,600 pa (£22,000 pa basic + opportunity to earn up to £300 per month incentive, based on CSAT performance) plus £1,000 pa learning budget

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am to 8pm plus one Saturday or Sunday per month 10am to 4pm (get a full day off in the week)

Location: Cardiff City Centre

Contract: Permanent

* Taking incoming calls from business customers, as well as dealing with email and web chat enquiries

* Helping customers with everything related to their business account, providing incredible customer support by listening, understanding, being honest, and taking full ownership of the solution

* Taking on feedback, proactively working to improve customer experience

* Working in a team to make sure that customers get connected instantly with an amazing and talented customer service advisor

To be successful in securing this customer service advisor role for this established and growing FinTech business, we want to see the following skills and experience:

* Current / recent customer service experience from either a contact centre, retail, travel or hospitality customer service environment

* A genuine passion for customers and delivering OUTSTANDING customer experiences

* Experience in a fast paced, customer centric role
