Customer Success Representative – Fixed Term Contract
Yolk Recruitment is working with a growing cyber security and awareness company to find a friendly Customer Success Representative to join their team in Newport, to support customers and onboarding of new clients on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, as Maternity Cover.
They are a B2B start up working to educate people about the cyber threats they face at home and in the workplace. They care deeply about delivering the best possible training and service for their users, and pride themselves on the great feedback they receive.
What you’ll be doing?
This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Success Representative to join a dynamic cyber security and awareness company based in Newport on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. You will work closely with the managing director and sales team to be the point of contact for customer enquiries, questions and queries. You will also:

Support with the onboarding of all new clients, and assist with product demonstrations and explanations
Build and develop relationships with all customers and clients, ensuring outstanding service to all
Be the first point of contact for all support queries, passing on details to the relevant team to ensure a speedy resolution and fix
Manage customer expectations whilst taking responsibility to ensure outstanding actions are completed as promised.
Work closely with the development team to improve the product and service
Gather case studies from clients and support with the renewals process for clients
Assist with client invoicing when necessary
Ensure all systems are kept up to date and managed effectively. 
What you’ll bring to the team?
As a confident and professional Customer Success Representative, you will have a customer focus and a keen eye for detail. You will also have:

Previous experience within customer service, within a B2B setting would be handy
The ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload
Passion for providing excellent customer service to all customers.
Excellent communication and IT skills, including Microsoft Office

A salary between £24,000 – £28,000 depending upon experience
