Bridgend – Porthcaw;
£45,000 per annum
TH Solutions are currently looking for a Nurse Manager to help run a 69 bed state of the art care home in Sunny Porthcawl
The home offers support to Residential, Nursing and Dementia care.
As a Nurse Deputy Manager you are in charge of all clinical settings of the care home, from managing staff and care plans and will be on to step in and support the home manager when needed.
You
* NMC Registration required.
* 2 plus years senior nurse OR clinical lead experience in care home settings.
* Care Plan and Staff Management experience required
* Nurse Deputy Manager
On offer
* £45 000per annum
* Mainly working Monday to Friday ( some weekends will be needed as and when)
* Paid NMC pin renewal
* Paid breaks and handover
