As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be responsible for-
* Working closely with the Education Team to support with candidates and managing some of their key accounts
* Conducting telephone interviews with candidates to discuss their CV and suitability for roles.
* Developing relationships with key accounts and responsible for supplying staff within their time frames.
* Matching the right candidate for the right role
* Advertising jobs on our job boards and social media
* Searching for candidates across our job boards, social media and networking.
* Working closely with the team from finding cv, to interviews and offers
What we are looking for-
* Someone that can demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to learn
* A candidate that is forthcoming and driven
* Enthusiasm and confidence
* A natural ‘people person’, someone that enjoys speaking to people and understand their needs.
* A self-starter that can bring new ideas to the team!
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office
* Organised, proactive and can prioritise
