As a Field Sales Associate you will have the ability to self-generate and secure new small-medium business opportunities.

Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will develop and execute your own localised “Go to Market” strategy, giving consideration to key market verticals/ geographies to complement our clients product suite of solutions.

Responsibilities

*

Prospecting and onboarding new merchant accounts consistently month after month

*

Setting appointments and undertaking meetings with potential new clients, face to face or remote

*

Assessing customers’ requirments and identifying products/services that best meet their needs

*

Accurately complete and onboard documentation using GP onboarding platform in accordance with process guidelines adhering to contract/legal compliance

*

Take‌ ‌ ownership ‌ ‌ of ‌ ‌ providing ‌ ‌ outstanding ‌ service ‌ ‌ to ‌ ‌ all ‌ ‌ customers ‌ ‌and partners

*

Continually learning all aspects of all products, programs, and services offered by our client

About You

*

Proven sales experience in a self-generated new business role (1-2 years)

*

Customer oriented and able to build and maintain positive customer relationships

*

Highly motivated, driven and focused on achieving and exceeding targets

*

Good interpersonal skills that can influence and communicate to win new sales and foster long term relationships

*

Good written and communication styles that you can adapt to different situations to present and negotiate to win new customers

*

Ability to maintain the highest levels of professionalism and handling objections effectively

*

Ability to demonstrate good time management disciplines, in order to meet deadlines to achieve your annual targets and objectives

*

Basic experience and be comfortable using core technology tools e.g. Zoom, PowerPoint and Google Sheets etc

*

Have awareness of social media and how to engage and build new conversations.

*

Basic knowledge of the acquiring marketplace
