Platform Resourcing are currently working alongside an insurance company in South Wales based just off the M4 and near major commuting routes. They are looking for a Fluent German and English speaking Administrator who will play a key part in speaking to and assisting customers.
The successful candidate will be assisting with day to day tasks within the company, providing support and guidance to customers over the phone and email, whilst processing sales administrative tasks. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team, and be trained fully so experience isn't essential.

Answering inbound calls from customers
Ensuring the database accurately reflects order information
General administrative tasks to support the sales team
German and English Speaking Administrator Essential Experience:
The ability to speak both languages fluently is essential
Some customer service and/or administrative experience is required but not essential
Great phone manner and ability to work within a team environment
