Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Graduate Customer Service Advisor is to re-engage lost or Goneaway customers with our clients between the hours of 9am until 5pm (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). We achieve this through interacting with our customers via inbound calls and forms submissions, the detail of which we then process through the various systems that are available to us. To achieve our aims we need to be focused on efficiency and quality of output which is why a high attention to detail is paramount for the successful candidate.

The team are a strong unit and very accountable for their own performance, we work in an environment that empowers our employee’s and provides everyone an opportunity to deliver the best possible experience & share ideas to drive continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

* Take inbound and outbound telephone calls in order to re-engage customers that have lost touch with our clients

* Receive, distribute and record post, data entry and filing

* Take ownership of queries and complaints received from customers

* Perform other duties as reasonably assigned

Skills & Experience:

* Experience working in an inbound contact centre essential.

* Experience in data entry is preferrable but not essential.

* Administrative experience preferrable but not essential.

* Proficient in Microsoft applications.

* Demonstrate excellent work ethic and proactive drive to succeed.

* Ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues, clients and customers.
