As a help desk Administrator you will be the first person of contact for the company. You will be responsible for all general admin duties, including managing calenders, correctly logging all maintenance issues and scheduling the appropriate person to carry out that task. This role has a lot of potential for developing your career.
This is a temporary role for 4 weeks, with a chance to turn into a permanent role.
you would be working for a reparable company who provide specialist care and education services for children and adults with complex needs. Their focus is on supporting individuals, their needs as well as their strengths and aspirations.
Act as a company ambassador by promoting excellent work ethics and creating a positive work environment for all staff and everyone you come into contact with.
Support to the maintenance team and escalate any issues to the appropriate person.
Previous experience working in customer service, call centre or admin roles is desirable but not essential.
