Role: Senior HR & Payroll Administrator

Location: Cardiff (on-site)

Salary: up to £25,000

Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a passionate, people-centric Senior HR / Payroll Administrator to join a market-leading tech organisation based in the outskirts of Cardiff, to help deliver a comprehensive HR service, across the organisation.

Reporting into the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:

* Being the main point of contact for all new data on the HR system; inputting details of new starters, leavers and employee and organisational changes

* Being the main point of contact for all absence management queries and processes.

* Administration of payroll, recruitment activities, flexible working requests, parental leave, probation processes, promotions, pension schemes, benefits, and expenses

* To support the HRM and HRA with TUPE processes

* Experience with HR and payroll administration

* A passion for customer service and HR, which can be demonstrated through your CPD attitude to learning and development

* Flexibility and adaptability in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
