Long Term Primary Teacher Needed – Merthyr, KS2
Academics are currently recruiting for an experienced Primary Teacher to step into a KS2 class during the 2022 Summer Term. The role is initially as maternity cover so you will need to be available until the end of the academic year.
Year 4 Primary Teacher
One Term Maternity Cover (initially)
Potential for Permanent Contract in September 2022You will need to demonstrate that you are capable of
Delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum to a high standard
Managing a classroom
Working to deadlinesThe essentials
An enhanced DBS check (essential) which is subscribed to the DBS Update Service (desirable)
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
Two recent classroom based references
QTS Status (PGCE, BEd)
What to expect from Academics
Salary of between £145 & £180 per day
Full compliance with Agency Worker Regulation (AWR)
Large base of local primary schools
Online, hassle free time sheets
Friendly and honest
