The role

Job title: Office Manager
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £30,000 pa

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high growth business and play a key role in the continued success of an expanding and critical part of the organisation.

Main responsibilities:

* Day-to-day management of the office environment to ensure it is clean, tidy, well equipped and provides an efficient and functional work environment.
* Liaison with external IT providers on repair of team IT equipment and ordering of new equipment.
* Creation of presentations, reports and communication materials using the Microsoft Office suite.
* Ensuring office fire and other risk surveys are carried out and updated.
* Assisting with onboarding of new employees.
* Extensive calendar and diary management.
* Arranging travel for the wider team, including (but not limited to): flights, trains, hotels, restaurants and taxis.
* Booking of venues for team events

About you:

* An experienced Office Manager with PA experience
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Track record of implementing new procedures and policies
