We are currently recruiting a number of Production Operators for our well established reputable client based in Neath.
Positions temporary initially then transferring to permanent .
Immediate starts available.
Working shifts : Rotating weekly shift pattern days and nights
Week 1 – Days Monday to Friday
Week 2 – Nights Sunday to Thursday
46 hours per week (40 hours paid at Basic rate , 6 hours paid at OT rates)
Generous overtime available
Working in a busy manufacturing environment using machinery and hand tools.
Full training is provided.
Suitable applicants will have previous construction, labouring, production or engineering experience., preferred but not essential
Weekly pay, full training provided and guidance, generous overtime and weekly bonus.
Excellent earning potential & temporary to permanent opportunities.
Pay Rates :
Days £9.72 – Nights £11.18 ph
Once signed off between week 6 and 12 – you will also be paid a weekly bonus. guaranteed inimum bonus of 50p per hour (£10.22 Days & £11.68 Nights)
Multiskilled rate – Days £10.09, nights £11.60 , Plus guaranteed minimum bonus of 50p per hour (£10.59 Days – £12.10 Nights)
Average Annual Salary OTE – £23,000 – £30,000 pa
