Project Co Ordinator (Manager)– Caldicot

8–12-month contract

£35k – £40 k per annum (£17 – £20 p/h hourly rate plus holiday pay)

Dual office based and remote working Role  

The Project Co Ordinator will be responsible for the following:

To lead and project manage all elements of a project to retrofit several existing systems worldwide. The role will encompass project engineering, project customer[s] liaison, project purchasing, expediting, shipping co-ordination, remote site supervision and commissioning liaison. Role will require the management of multiple retrofit projects.

You will be accountable for ensuring that work is executed to client satisfaction within the stated timescales, within the stated budgets in compliance with the contractual specifications and contract terms that are in place and in line with all current company procedures.

You will be responsible for managing the project stakeholders, project team, communication, adherence to the project schedule, and resolution of project conflicts. Responsible for the closing contract or transferring of contract to aftermarket/service as appropriate.

The candidate must possess the following skills to be considered for this role:

Project Administration/Co Ordination or Project Management experience in an Engineering environment.
Computer literacy: Excel; Word; Power point; Microsoft Project; Microsoft Outlook
A basic understanding of the mechanical, electrical and process requirements of the project
Ability to chair meetings effectively
