Two Global Leading FM companies have merged, creating a National FM provider of Hard Service Maintenance specialising in MOD and Government Contracts.
Having filled over 60 vacancies across numerous contracts in 2023 – HVAC FM have fantastic knowledge of the internal progression opportunities, and additional training available expensed by the client.

Essential Skills (Not a requirement):
HNC, or equivalent, level qualification in a Building/Civil Engineering or Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent experience
Construction and Refurb Experience needed
Continuing Professional Development
Project Management APM / Prince / PMQ or equivalent
Technical training to maintain and develop technical competence
SMSTS or equivalent qualification
Good awareness and understanding of Microsoft Office applications
Full Driving License
