Quantity Surveyor required to join leading RC subcontractor. The Quantity Surveyor will ideally come from a RC frame / structures working on civil engineering or groundworks projects with a solid quantity surveying background. The Quantity Surveyor will be managing the resources of a project lifecycle in order to ensure it achieves success of the project outcome and maximise profit provide planning, provision and monitoring of commercial support and assurance to the Project Manager and the project delivery team, pursuing own professional development and provide guidance and support to develop other commercial staff, showing competency in all commercial duties from take offs, contract negotiation to procurement, variations, valuations, payments to final accounts.
