BRC are in the market for a Recruitment Administrator

Due to significant growth in one of our key business areas, we are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Cardiff team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, highly successful specialist recruitment business in the centre of Cardiff.

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be working alongside experienced consultants to sourcing candidates to develop a pipeline to support future business needs.

Responsibilities will include:

* Marketing

* Production of job adverts

* Support pre-screening candidates

* Candidate interviews over video conferencing

* Prepare Cv’s and candidate summary notes

* Managing candidate queries

Experience of working in a high volume, customer focused role would be beneficial, but not essential & previous knowledge of contractors, recruitment or HR could be beneficial, but again, not essential

This opportunity could suit a recent graduate looking for their first opportunity within recruitment within an exciting supportive environment

Our Recruitment Administrators need to be:

* Ambitious

* Self-motivated

* A good communicator

* Well organised

* Have good IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

* Have high attention to detail

Training:

* There will be hands-on job training provided from day 1.

* You will be working in an open plan office, closely with other members/departments and working from home opportunities are available on Friday’s

* You'll have the opportunity to learn from others, shadow/ask questions.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday – 8.30 – 5.30

Friday – 8.30 – 5.00

* £20,000 – £22,000 Salary
