Registered Nurse – £20.00 to £21.00 per hour DOE – Cardiff area     
Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Staff Nurse for a national Private Mental Healthcare Provider based in the Cardiff Area.   
The home is purpose built and recently achieved a GOOD rating with the CQC. They provide first class, around the clock care to residents living with Dementia and General Elderly Care needs.
As a Staff Nurse, you will be an integral part of the resident care team, providing high-quality nursing care in a supportive environment.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
Monitoring and recording vital signs, ensuring the overall well-being of residents.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care.
Providing emotional support and maintaining a comforting environment for residents and their families.What will the client offer you:

Essential Requirements:

NMC Registered – RGN ideally, but RMN with a care home background would also be considered
