Role Overview:

Reporting into the Divisional SHE Manager, in this role you will be a key member of the site SHE Team, providing SHE assistance to Key Stakeholders and site. Key Elements of which will include: –

* Co-ordinate and monitor site safety tours

* Carry out health and safety training

* Co-ordinate site health, safety & environment committee meeting

* Create and ensure circulation of appropriate data and information for key personnel

* Conduct regular health, safety & environment inspections, audits, and factory tours

* Monitor and record all claims information / provide reports and co-ordinate

* Review risk assessments and safe systems of work

* Coordinate all health, safety & environment stats, trends, targets, and corrective actions and ensure they are kept up to date

* Assist in any health, safety and environment duty required by the health and safety manager

About you:

* NEBOSH H&S Certificate

* Ability to review safe working procedures and risk assessments with Managers under the supervision of the Health and Safety Manager

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, word and Powerpoint)

* Ability to collate, interpret and analyse data

* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and present
