Engineering Sales Estimator
£23,000 – £25,000 per annum plus benefits (salary negotiable depending on experience)

I am delighted to be recruiting exclusively for this growing business who currently require an Engineering Sales Estimator based in Merthyr Tydfil. You will be joining one of the busiest departments in the organisation where you will have the opportunity to develop and progress your career, the sky is the limit! With the direction of a fully supportive Manager, you will be working on several new and exciting projects playing a key role in driving business performance. You will do this through providing an outstanding level of customer service.
As Engineering Sales Estimator you’ll be….
Gathering key information from customers and constructing quotations
Advising customers of the best solutions for projects
Submitting tenders competitively and on time
Liaising with architects and contractors
Reading architectural drawings and referring to schedule’s enabling quotations to be raised
Following the sales process, you will be closing deals with customers for completion
Develop knowledge of Industry standards
Skills and experience required
Ideally you will have Cad-Cam or AutoCAD experience
Excellent telephone manner is essential
Proficient in word, excel and all Microsoft office packages
Previous experience of working in a busy manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous
