The Opportunity – You will be part of a small, dynamic and creative team with deep experience in both the wellbeing sector and in successfully scaling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) businesses. As a founding member of the sales team, you will spearhead sales campaigns into SMBs and large corporates. You will have full access to, and unrestricted support, from the leadership team to win and develop target accounts. This is an opportunity to be the first person on the ground, and to play a key role in establishing the business as an industry leader.

Responsibilities

* Handle the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.

* Develop existing accounts.

* Develop proposals, lead product demonstrations and set customer expectations.

* Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

* Develop a deep understanding of both customers and the competitive landscape, enabling a productive business dialogue to be conducted with your stakeholders.

* Develop the sales process and sales strategy including identification of ideal target customers and creation of target lists.

* Work with marketing to define content and campaigns to promote the brand and increase product awareness.

* Create and execute outbound campaigns, including potential work with 3rd parties.

Requirements

* In order to succeed in this role, we are looking for at least 2-3 years’ experience as an Account Executive or BDR in a software business.

* Interest in health and wellbeing will be important to appreciate client needs.

To be successful, you will need to be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment where collaboration across various teams is expected. The role requires an ability to think through problems and come up with solutions that best fit the needs of the business and deliver consistently against deadlines. You must be inclined to think disruptively and not be afraid to question the status quo. Above all, we are looking for someone who is creative, has a can-do attitude and a sense of fun.
