The role
* Completion of Commercial, Bridging and Development Mortgage processing.
* Land Registry and Credit checking.
* Researching and Instructing Valuations.
* Keeping up to date with product and criteria.
* Checking supporting documents within money laundering and financial crime guidelines.
* An analytical approach to work.
* Complying with company policies and procedures.
* Managing workflows and day to day diary management.
Essential Experience
* Ability to hit deadlines
* Ability to use initiative.
* Ability to hit work well in a team.
* Experience in this role or a similar one
Desirable Experience
* CeMap or Equivalent
Working hours and salary
· Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 17.30pm
· Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays
· Salary: £24,000 to £28,000 + Commission (of up to 10% of earnings) after the completion of the probation period
