We are a family run business with over 20 years experience within the recruitment industry supplying both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to many sectors and are looking to recruit a Senior Industrial Consultant.
The Role:
* Working a warm Industrial Desk
* Sourcing candidates matched against clients specifications
* Advertising on job boards and social media of all positions
* Generate client relationships
* You will be motivated, keen to develop the desk and your team
* Regular service visits with clients to maximise every opportunity
* Maintaining an in house data base
* Drive the division to success
The Candidate:
* Proven track record within recruitment ideally Industrial but all sectors will be considered
* Will be part of an on-call team on a rota basis
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Tenacious and determination to succeed
* Good understanding of legislation
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Able to deal with clients at all levels
* Own transport is required
Hours of work:
Monday- Thursday 08.30 – 17.00
Friday: 08.30-16.00
