Store Manager – Domino’s Pizza

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 (Negotiable)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global brand as a member of their store management team. They are looking for experienced, operationally focused Store Managers. Their main goal is to make and serve great quality pizzas at speed, whilst looking after their dedicated customers and leading a large team efficiently.

This role brings daily opportunities from dealing with deliveries, placing food orders, labour scheduling to meeting productive targets. You may find yourself focused on people management and performance, handling customer queries or carrying out daily checks on the store to ensure that they maintain their high standards.

The Store Manager role is a fast-paced, hands-on role. They'll support you as you grow and develop as a manager. If you can work at pace, managing quality through your team, you’ll be able to produce great results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and empower the team to always put the customer first and deliver outstanding customer service and product quality.
Listen and respond to their customers feedback and react accordingly
Work with the other levels of management in store to lead a supportive and performance driven Store
Efficiently manage all people routines, taking accountability of scheduling, absence, performance and difficult conversations
Deliver training to ensure team have the capability and confidence to deliver their role
Enable the team to work with confidence across all roles within the store
Identify and develop talent within the store
Build effective relationships with other neighbouring stores
Lead the team to work with purpose, delivering outstanding performance against all relevant targets across the store
