We have Twilight shifts available starting immediately:
* 18:00-02:00 Monday-Friday – £9.50 per hour – (Twilight Shift)
Due to the timings of shifts candidates will need to have own transport.
About the role:
To support all aspects of the effective day to day operation in our warehouse location; the role involves the sorting, packing and returns of newspapers and magazines to our retail partners.
In this interesting and challenging role, you will be responsible for:
* Labelling and sorting of newspapers, magazines and parcels
* Packing of all newspaper and magazine products using the tracking process
* Loading and unloading of newspapers and magazines (using a forklift only if trained and authorised)
* Ensuring a high standard of good housekeeping, health & safety, cleanliness and security
* Tying/strapping of bundles as necessary
* Achieving pack accuracy and cost targets
* Ensuring compliance with legislation and company policy.
