As the Deputy Manager, your tasks will include:

Acting as a mentor, supervising and coaching colleagues to ensure a service that empathizes with resident issues.
The effective day to day running of the home to deliver high standards of personalised care.
Building close relationships with residents and their loved ones
Managing the MDT, including managing rotas, ensuring the team are fully trained and supporting recruitment.Package and Benefits:

Be a qualified Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC Pin.
Have up-to-date clinical competencies
