Nursery Teaching Assistant Needed!

Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Pay: £83.85 per day

Start Date: ASAP

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for proactive and enthusiastic individual to work as a Nursery Teaching Assistant in Newport. The Nursery Teaching Assistant will help create a safe, educational and fun environment on a day-to-day basis.

Some of the essential skills we are looking for:

Excellent communication skills and will prioritise engaging with the pupils, staff and parents to help build healthy and meaningful relationships.
A strong sense of empathy, patience and a willingness to show constant support to each pupil with their individual needs.
Bring a positive attitude and mentality to the environment everyday.
Ensure that the environment is safe and secure, where the pupils can feel rewarded and secure.
More about the role:

Assisting the pupil and ensuring they stay engaged throughout the course of the day.
Ensuring there is a positive mindset and attitude toward work.
Be understanding and patient in different scenarios.
Coordinate and work alongside the Teacher to ensure the organisation and preparation of the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
